Meet the Heroes
Pepper
Pepper grew up in the serene Garden of Life, surrounded by vibrant flora and ancient magic. As the apprentice of the wise druid Aldric, Pepper learned the delicate art of balancing nature and magic. His journey began when ominous shadows started to encroach upon the garden, threatening its very essence. Aldric, recognizing Pepper's potential, entrusted him with the mission to unravel the mystery and restore harmony.
As Pepper ventured beyond the familiar boundaries of the garden, he encountered the mystical Tree of Life. The ancient entity bestowed upon him a staff infused with its power, and Pepper discovered his ability to control three loyal familiars: Magnus the wolf, Ari the hawk, and Bozo the mouse. Together, they set out to uncover the source of the darkness and protect the Garden of Life from imminent peril.
Magnus
Magnus, the loyal wolf companion of Pepper, was once a lone pup abandoned in the depths of the enchanted forest. Lost and vulnerable, Magnus's fate changed when Pepper, during his druidic training, sensed the wolf's presence and came to his aid. Recognizing the potential for a deep connection, Pepper and Magnus formed a bond that transcended the ordinary.
Magnus's journey with Pepper began as they explored the vast landscapes together. With each challenge they faced, Magnus's instincts and loyalty proved invaluable. Through their adventures, Magnus not only became a formidable protector but also found a family in Pepper and the rest of the party.
Ari
Ari, the majestic hawk, had always soared high above the ancient trees of the Garden of Life. Drawn to the mystical energies emanating from the garden, Ari became a familiar to Pepper as he honed his druidic powers. The bond between Ari and Pepper deepened, and the hawk became an essential part of the party's adventures.
Ari's keen eyes and swift flight allowed the party to navigate treacherous terrains and discover hidden secrets. As they faced challenges, Ari's soaring spirit embodied freedom and fearlessness, inspiring the party to rise above adversity. The skies became their playground, and Ari's presence elevated their journey to new heights.
Bozo
Bozo, the clever mouse, had a knack for finding his way into the most unexpected places within the Garden of Life. Pepper, recognizing Bozo's intelligence and agility, invited him to join the party as a familiar. Bozo's small size belied his resourcefulness, making him an indispensable member of the team.
Throughout their adventures, Bozo's cunning nature proved vital in solving intricate puzzles and navigating tight spaces. His ability to detect hidden traps and uncover valuable treasures earned him the admiration of the party. Bozo's whimsical spirit added a touch of mischief to the group, making each adventure all the more memorable.

Luci
I started as a 3D artist in 2003, contributing to the "FiziK" educational software, which won the "Best Educational Software of the Year" award at the "Binary 2003" event.
Between 2008 and 2011, I was involved as a general artist in the production of the board game "I am Vlad."In 2012, I joined Pokie Magic as a 3D artist, focusing on social gambling games. In 2020, I laid down the first ideas for what has today become the "The Familiars" project.
Beyond my professional interests, I enjoy listening to music, outdoor activities, and reading. I would like to be able to play the piano, but I'm still waiting for Antonio's tutorial.
Radu
As a 3D generalist for more than 20 years I have created everything from kitchen furniture to african savannah game environments and as Mihai calls them "soul crushing slots".
When I'm not creating environments I enjoy them, be it on a tabletop or out in the wild where i get my inspiration.
Fuelled by caffeine and nicotine I strive to create new magical worlds alongside our tiny dev team.

When I’m not making everyone’s life harder by upgrading the project to the latest version of Unity, i also like to make sure they are annoyed by asking them to update their Jira tickets.
Started programming circa 1997, and I’m not done yet. I worked as a freelancer for several years and released three games as an indie developer, which were mega hits among my circle of friends. I sold my soul to make slots and social casinos for about 8 years and emerged a scarred but stronger man on the other side.
I spend way too much time playing the Mount & Blade series and Chivalry: Medieval Warfare, and whatever is left is dedicated to harassing my two french bulldogs.
